DTCP has granted License No. 85 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023 in favour of M/s Uttirna lnfra projects Private Limited along with other land-owners namely. Green Field Colonizer Private Limited, Grand Valley Realtors Private Limited, Four Square Promoters Private Limited, Lagoon Club Private Limited, Lagoon Realtors Private Limited, Little Valley Promoters Private Limited, Star Valley Realtors Private Limited (other Land Owners). The Project is duly registered with Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority vide H-RERA Registration No. HRERA-PKL-PNP-446-2023 dated 02.05.2023. M3M City of Dreams-Il™️ is a Residential Plotted Colony Project under New Integrated License Policy (*NILP") on land admeasuring 886836.21 sq.mts. or 219.142 Acres out of the total Licensed Land admeasuring 1019403.1 sq.mts, or 251.90 acres situated at Village Kabri and Tarafinsar, Sector 36 & Sector 38, District-Panipat (Haryana). The Licensed Land shall comprise of residential plots, commercial, un-determined and future development area. The Licensed Land shall be developed over a period of time in a planned and phased manner, comprising of various plots/blocks/segments/constituents and each phase shall be a standalone project as may be determined by the Developer in its sole and absolute discretion and shall form an integral part of the larger development of the Licensed Land. DTCP has granted License No. 257 of 2023 dated 29.11.2023 in favour of M/s Uttirna lnfraprojects Private Limited along with other land-owners namely Green Field Colonizers Private Limited, Grand Valley Realtors Private Limited, Four Square Promoters Private Limited, Lagoon Club Private Limited, Lagoon Realtors Private Limited, Little Valley Promoters Private Limited, Star Valley Realtors Private Limited (other Land Owners. The Project is duly registered with Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority vide H-RERA Registration No. HRERA-PKL-PP-523-2023 dated 06.12.2023. Copies of approvals are available for inspection at Promoter Company corporate office. The use of word 'M3M' shall in no manner be construed or interpreted as M3M India Pvt. Ltd. being the Promoter and / or Developer. Dispute with regard to the interpretation of information will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of District Courts at Panipat, Haryana and Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh, India.
