M3M India, established in 2010, is one of the fastest-growing real estate developers in the country. It is driven by Founder Chairman Basant Bansal and supported by promoters Roop Bansal and Pankaj Bansal. The growth story is built upon a foundation of ethical corporate governance, transparency, commitment, and passion. The Chairman and promoters have designed a progressive vision for M3M India, aiming to establish the company as one of the most sought-after players in the real estate sector. Over time, M3M India has emerged as a game-changer in the luxury, residential, and retail segments of the real estate industry in the country.
M3M India has about 50 projects to its credit in Gurugram itself and delivered all the projects launched prior to 2019. Construction is in full swing in the rest of the projects and all the projects shall be delivered within timelines. As of now, M3M India Group is proud to have in its kitty about 30 million square feet of saleable space.
The Company’s residential projects have particularly garnered tremendous recognition from investors from India and abroad. The iconic projects of the M3M India Group, M3M Golfestate and Trump Towers, in Gurugram have become the testimonies of the standard of development Gurugram has been witnessing in realty. M3M Golfestate – the 56-acre uber-luxury resort-like residential complex, is a state-of-the-art architecture and has won a number of prestigious awards for being one of the Best Luxury Projects in India and abroad.

With a focus on building a unique destination - “M3M Smart City Delhi Airport”, M3M India is developing a couple of ultra-luxury residential and unique one-kilometre-long retail & commercial projects on Dwarka Expressway.
With an impressive land bank of 3,000 acres, M3M India operates on the principles of 3Ts - Trust, Transparency and Timely delivery.  From the very beginning, the strategy has been to build an integrated business model where, from owning land to monetizing, licensing, launching, marketing, delivery and after-sales, the complete value chain is managed internally. Managing these critical factors directly also saves time, costs, and projects are better integrated in terms of facilities and monitoring.

Year 2022-23 – An year of growth and setting landmarks
M3M India recorded the highest-ever sales of Rs. 13,000 crores and also sold a record space of about 10 million square feet in FY’23. The M3M India has also set a record by selling 6,380 units, both in residential and commercial spaces, during the said financial year. In FY’22, the Company recorded sales of Rs. 5,422 crore and sold over 4,000 units in both segments.
The Company registered the majority of its sales from residential projects, which was 134% higher on a YoY basis. Commercial sales also rose 74% in FY’22. A record has also been set by M3M India for selling residential units & commercial units in FY’23, which were 55% and 65% higher, respectively.
Overall, the Company sold 10 million square feet of space in FY’23, which is also about 72% higher when compared to the FY’22 figure.
The Company also launched elite retail projects, such as M3M Jewel on MG Road (adjacent to the IFFCO metro station) and M3M Route65 on the Golf Course Extension Road. M3M also successfully delivered a number of Residential and Commercial projects, including M3M Broadway, International Financial Centre (IFC) and M3M Skywalk, to name a few.

Year 2023-24 onwards – Set to move Pan-India with presence in multiple cities
M3M India has an ambitious plan lined up in FY’24 with launching a combination of 10 ultra-luxury residential and commercial projects in Gurugram, Noida and Panipat, with an overall saleable space of about 12 million square feet. The Company is looking forward to a topline of about Rs. 30,000 crores through these projects. In Noida, the Company has purchased 2 land parcels of 13 acres and 3 acres in Sector 94 and Sector 72, respectively, with retail, commercial and studio apartments. M3M India has committed an investment of Rs 7,500 crores in Uttar Pradesh in the recently concluded UP Global Investors Summit 2023, which is the highest investment declared in the real-estate sector in Uttar Pradesh. Keeping up with its commitment, the Company will be investing Rs. 1,850 crores in developing both projects, taking its total investment in UP to Rs. 3,300 crores out of Rs. 7500 crores already declared.
M3M India has recently launched Phase-I of its first plotted-development project - ‘M3M City of Dreams’ in Panipat, Haryana, on the 350-acre land parcel, which will have a total investment of Rs. 27,00 crores, making it the largest deal in recent times in India. The Panipat project is introduced with 900 plots in Phase-I, ranging from 140 to 180 square yards, with a value of Rs. 600 crores, out of which 436 plots have already been sold, with an overall sales value of Rs. 250 crore.

Jobs Creation – A part of business strategy
The real-estate sector is the second largest employer in the country, giving opportunities for ample job creation. Thus, every project of M3M India creates ample employment and livelihood opportunities at different levels. On average, a single project generates employment for about 5000 people at different levels till the project is successfully delivered. Post-delivery also, the projects create employment in the areas of regular maintenance and other related services.
